About Spa Policies

Spa Policies:

*All spa appointments must be held with a credit card.

*Gratuities are not included in the price of the service and cannot be added to gift cards.

*Late arrivals will not receive an extension of services. Please check in at the Spa reception desk at least 10-15 minutes prior to your first scheduled service.

Cancellation Policy:

If a cancellation is inevitable, we understand. However; please adhere to our cancellation policy to avoid being charged a cancellation fee of $25.00 per missed service.  Any appointment not canceled 24 hours in advanced is subject to this charge in consideration for our professional service provider’s time.

For those who have reserved more than one service or a package, Luxe Spa requires 48 hours advance cancellation notice to avoid full fee charges. All multiple service appointments, packages,spa appointments, and eyelash extension appointments must be secured with a credit card or gift certificate number. In the event of a no-show for a scheduled appointment, Luxe Spa reserves the right to charge the full amount for each missed service (s).

If you arrive late for your appointment, the practitioner reserves the right to reduce the length of your session. You will be responsible for the total fee for your treatment as scheduled.

This cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our stand-by clients of any availability. Thank you for your cooperation and consideration for all of our clients.
