About Groups & Special Events

We frequently have groups of 3 or more who have reserved Luxe Spa services for special events.

For those who have reserved more than one service or a package, Luxe Spa requires 48 hours advance notice to avoid any cancellation charges. All multiple service appointments, packages, upstyles, and eyelash extension appointments must be secured with a credit card or gift certificate number. In the event of a no-show for a scheduled appointment, the client will be subject to a cancellation fee of $25 per missed service. Luxe Spa reserves the right to charge the full amount for repeated cancellations with  less than 48 hours advance notice.

If you arrive late for your appointment, the practitioner reserves the right to reduce the length of your session. You will be responsible for the total fee for your treatment as scheduled.

This cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our stand-by clients of any availability. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter and your consideration for all of our clients and professional service providers.
