Appointment Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to us, and we reserve time specifically for you. We understand that special circumstances may arise, and rescheduling or canceling an appointment may be necessary.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a charge of 100% of the scheduled service fee.

This policy allows us to offer the time to another client on our waiting list and ensures greater availability for you and others in the future.
