Our Story

Luxe Salon Spa and Laser Center is owned by Karen Pudetti and has been in business for over 25 years. She graduated with her accounting degree and worked for CPA firms and then moved to the corporate world. She felt unsatisfied and knew in her heart there was something missing. She kept reminiscing about the time she went to a Fashion Show her mother had directed, when she was 10 years old. She distinctly remembers their confidence, empowerment, and their unstoppable attitudes. This is what resonated with her, and she wanted to bring that to other people. That’s when it clicked, she wanted to be in the beauty industry to provide self-assurance. That’s when Karen went an obtained several licenses and started a small spa then quickly added on the salon, next came laser hair removal. She currently owns a 16,000 sq ft building and offer one of the most extensive services lists in Rochester NY.
