*Gift Cards are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.  You will receive your gift card via the email address entered during your gift card purchase within 24 hours or less. Please check your spam filter/trash as some email providers place all unrecognized email addresses in the trash.  Contact us if you do not receive your email gift card. 

If the spa is closed you may text JANET our webmaster @ (585)469-9875 and she will manually send your gift card to you as soon as possible. Please provide the following information via text:
